Position Summary

KAYALI is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our head office. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring our workplace embodies the KAYALI spirit of hospitality and excellence. You will be the primary point of contact for visitors, contributing to a smooth and professional front-of-house experience that aligns with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extend a warm greeting to all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and informative initial experience.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain the tidiness and professional presentation of the reception area.
  • Facilitate meeting room setups, including arranging refreshments and audiovisual equipment.
  • Oversee mailing, courier services, and package handling.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Assist the HR department with new employee onboarding, including office setup and supply provision.
  • Organize team events and celebrations to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
  • Track reception-related expenses and support budget management efforts.
  • Provide essential administrative support, such as filing, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Contribute to various projects and tasks within the KAYALI team as required.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-facing role, preferably within the luxury or customer service sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Maintain a professional and polished appearance that reflects the KAYALI brand image.
  • Possess strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with standard office technology and equipment.
  • Exhibit a friendly, proactive demeanor and a strong commitment to teamwork and exceptional service.
  • Basic understanding of expense tracking and budget management is advantageous.
