TalentDome is hiring a motivated Recruiter to help build and move its talent pipeline forward. This position suits someone energetic, persistent, and eager to grow, with responsibility for finding strong candidates, leading outreach efforts, and supporting the first stage of the hiring process. Work schedule and time zone expectations
- Monday to Thursday: work aligned to Central Time (CT) to support the U.S. market.
- Friday: work aligned to South African Standard Time (SAST).
Key responsibilities
- Find, approach, and connect with strong candidates using LinkedIn and other online sourcing tools.
- Carry out significant outbound outreach, including direct messages and a high volume of phone calls to screen prospects.
- Keep candidate information well organized and track pipeline progress in Gmail, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
- Communicate with candidates in a clear, professional, and convincing manner across the hiring process.
- Develop client leads and prepare outreach templates for client communication.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidate questions.
- Consistently meet weekly targets for calls and emails.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain value clearly and build rapport quickly.
- Comfort with phone-based outreach, including cold calling and handling rejection without hesitation.
- Working knowledge of Gmail, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn is required.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage time effectively across changing time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Compensation and benefits
- Monthly base pay of USD 800.
- Uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential.
- Commission becomes payable three months after a placement has been successfully completed.
