Role Overview
Grapevine is looking for a Recruiter to strengthen and scale the hiring function. This position handles end-to-end recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles. It is an on-site position in New York City, reporting to Chris Brantley, Head of Finance and Operations. The company follows an in-office schedule five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and define the profile of the right candidate.
- Develop and nurture a strong talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Organize and manage interviews while keeping the candidate journey efficient and positive.
- Run preliminary screening conversations to assess applicant fit.
- Keep the Ashby ATS current, accurate, and well maintained.
- Support workplace operations and special projects, including ordering office supplies, snacks, and other office-related tasks.
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an early-stage technology environment.
- Working knowledge of common roles and functions within tech companies.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing platforms.
- Strong commitment to high standards and quality execution.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000 per year.
Additional Information
This role is based in New York City and is structured as an onsite position. The company operates in the office five days per week. The role includes workplace operations responsibilities in addition to recruiting work.
