About the role

This is a remote recruiting opportunity for a candidate based in Nepal, supporting hiring activities for a Europe-based organization across multiple European markets. The position involves working closely with international hiring managers and candidates from different industries and locations.

The role is best suited to someone who is comfortable working across countries and time zones, understands international hiring, and enjoys connecting strong talent with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and engage strong candidates across European countries using job boards, networking platforms, referrals, direct outreach, and professional networks.
  • Design and improve sourcing approaches to reach both active and passive talent.
  • Build talent pools for current hiring needs as well as future workforce planning.
  • Carry out market research and talent mapping to guide hiring strategy.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from intake through to offer acceptance.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand role needs, business priorities, and selection criteria.
  • Draft clear and appealing job adverts suited to specific European markets.
  • Review applications and conduct early-stage candidate screening and assessments.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews while handling time zone and cross-border scheduling needs.
  • Support candidates through each stage of the process and keep communication timely and consistent.
  • Maintain close coordination with hiring managers and leadership teams across Europe.
  • Share regular updates on progress, market availability, and recruitment challenges.
  • Provide guidance on sourcing direction, candidate availability, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Protect and improve the candidate experience through professional and responsive communication.
  • Keep candidates informed about status updates and next steps throughout the process.
  • Represent the employer brand positively to prospective candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and other recruitment tools.
  • Prepare hiring reports, pipeline updates, and recruitment metrics.
  • Manage candidate databases and ensure recruitment data remains accurate.
  • Use sourcing tools, recruitment technologies, and analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Follow European employment expectations and hiring regulations.
  • Adhere to GDPR and other relevant data privacy rules when handling candidate information.
  • Work with confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment activities.
  • Stay current on recruitment trends, employment laws, and labor market changes across Europe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment from start to finish.
  • Good understanding of European hiring practices, candidate expectations, and labor trends.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, and direct search.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to interview, evaluate, and assess candidates effectively.
  • Comfortable collaborating with teams across countries and cultures.
  • Well-organized and able to handle several vacancies at the same time.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed to support European schedules.
  • Understanding of GDPR principles and data privacy best practices in recruitment.
  • Previous experience in a fully remote international workplace is preferred.
  • Professional certification in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related area is preferred.

Key competencies

  • Cross-cultural communication and sensitivity.
  • Relationship-building with hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders.
  • Strong coordination across multiple time zones.
  • High attention to detail and organized process management.
