Job details
Location: Wiesbaden, Hesse, Germany. Start date: by arrangement. Scope: full-time or part-time. This position is offered as a temporary replacement for parental leave.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete hiring cycle, from publishing the vacancy to final placement.
- Proactively approach and attract specialists as well as managers.
- Organize and conduct interviews and selection discussions.
- Maintain and further develop the employer brand.
- Work closely with hotel locations and company leadership.
- Use digital platforms and social media to support modern recruitment efforts.
Candidate profile

Requirements
- Completed training or a degree in human resources, hospitality, or business administration.

- Genuine interest in people and the hotel industry.
- Good command of German and English.
Compensation and benefits
The position comes with a transparent annual gross salary between EUR 48,000 and EUR 54,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
