Role summary

This is a contract recruiting opportunity with an expected duration of about 7 months or more, and there is potential for it to continue longer term. The assignment is remote from Canada and requires working aligned to US Pacific Time hours. The position is associated with a client in the apparel and specialty retail space.

Job ID: 26-18663

Compensation and benefits

The pay range for this assignment is $50 to $55 per hour. Eligible employee benefits may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave, depending on the work location.

Key responsibilities

The role involves leading communications production across all four releases, including message planning, creation of final email campaigns, town hall support materials, and reinforcement communications for procurement, accounts payable, legal, supplier management, and business partner groups.

You will also be expected to build and coordinate training content for Zip, Coupa SIM, and Ironclad CLM implementations. This includes foundational learning content, user guides, quick-reference materials, and an enterprise training execution approach for an integrated rollout.

Another major part of the role is performing stakeholder impact analysis for contract management deployment. This includes comparing current and future workflows for legal, procurement, and business teams, identifying where change will be most difficult, and analyzing impacts across process, tools, roles, and data.

The position requires coordinating enterprise rollout activities across multiple regions and time zones, including cutover planning, handling regional process differences, creating multilingual materials, and supporting a network of change champions.

You will help ensure readiness for launch by tracking deliverable completion, maintaining publication-quality standards for enablement materials, and working with system integrator vendors such as Client and Epiq to support content integration and delivery.

Support is also needed for change management around integrated solutions, especially where SIM, CLM, and P2P processes connect. This includes planning the sequence of changes to avoid overwhelming users and creating training that builds logically from one solution to the next.

In addition, the role includes program reporting and stakeholder engagement through regular status updates, governance meetings, cross-functional coordination with product and technical program managers, and planning aligned with the Change Lead.

Localization support and ERC content updates for international markets are also part of the assignment, including region-specific message versions and coordination of enterprise communication platforms for global delivery.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related discipline is required.

At least 5 years of change management experience is needed, including a minimum of 3 years supporting procurement, supplier management, P2P, or comparable groups during enterprise system implementations.

Applicants should have direct exposure to enterprise platform rollouts such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or similar tools, with the ability to discuss platform concepts confidently with users without needing technical ramp-up.

Experience independently producing enterprise-scale content is important, including communication plans, training programs, job aids, quick-reference guides, and stakeholder-facing materials without relying on separate communications or instructional design support.

The role calls for proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once, especially where schedules overlap, audiences are shared, and communication timing must be carefully coordinated to avoid message fatigue.

Strong command of structured change methods such as ADKAR, or an equivalent framework, is expected in fast-moving environments with compressed go-live timelines.

Global team experience is important, including the ability to coordinate content and delivery across multiple time zones and localize materials for international audiences.

Candidates should be comfortable drafting executive-level communications on behalf of senior procurement and technology leaders for broad distribution.

Professional change management certification such as Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, or an equivalent credential is preferred.

Exposure to Coupa Supplier Information Management or Ironclad CLM implementations, with enough platform knowledge to explain user-facing change impacts, is also required.

Experience with contract management or CLM migrations, including training design, workflow communication, and adoption tracking for legal and procurement users, is expected.

Familiarity with Marketing Cloud or a similar enterprise communications platform is important for campaign delivery and stakeholder messaging.

Background in retail, consumer goods, or multi-brand procurement environments, including category management, supplier diversity, and global sourcing, is beneficial.

Experience coordinating change management with system integrators and reviewing vendor-produced content for quality and schedule adherence is needed.

Working knowledge of SharePoint as a training repository, communications hub, and change resource library is also useful.
