Role Summary

The Recruiter position is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will manage sourcing, screening, and candidate recommendation across a range of hiring needs. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, build and nurture talent networks, partner with hiring managers to define requirements, and help ensure every candidate has a smooth and professional experience. The role also involves monitoring hiring trends and supporting fresh recruiting approaches that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the complete recruitment cycle from initial sourcing through to candidate selection.

Find suitable candidates using multiple sourcing methods and maintain an active talent pool for current and future openings.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements and hiring priorities.

Assess applicants and recommend the most suitable profiles for open roles.

Contribute to a positive candidate journey throughout the hiring process.

Keep track of market developments and recruitment practices to support improved hiring strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

Strong capability in candidate sourcing, posting jobs, and managing full-cycle recruitment.

Good interpersonal and communication skills for working with both hiring teams and candidates.

Ability to develop a talent pipeline, draft job descriptions, and assess applicants effectively.

Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

Understanding of employment legislation and compliance best practices.

Excellent organization and time management skills to manage several open positions at once.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources is preferred.

Familiarity with the Qatar job market and fluency in English are required; Arabic knowledge is an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should be flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
