About the Opportunity
The Recruiting Coordinator is integral to partnering with hiring teams to ensure an outstanding candidate experience and attract premier talent. This role is responsible for managing candidate scheduling and communication, directly contributing to the company's expansion by streamlining recruitment operations. The position requires a creative and ownership-driven individual who can maintain high standards of coordination and engagement with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination for candidates applying to roles within the Engineering, Product, and Design recruitment divisions.
- Develop and maintain efficient processes for scheduling and overall recruitment activities.
- Cultivate strong professional relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and the recruitment team.
- Ensure clear and effective communication to facilitate a seamless experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute innovative ideas and improvements to recruitment strategies within a competitive talent market.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination or a similar administrative support function.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple competing priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to seek support when necessary.
- The ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness in navigating and overcoming recruitment challenges.
Pay Range and Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 USD. This compensation is location-independent, consistent with the company's remote-first operational model.
