About the role
The Recruiting Representative will support hiring efforts for Flight Attendant roles. The position uses foundational recruitment knowledge and established procedures to help manage talent acquisition activities, while gaining deeper familiarity with the company’s hiring process. It is a role focused on candidate coordination, communication, and interview support in a busy recruitment environment.

What you will do
- Work with candidates throughout the hiring journey, including arranging virtual or in-person interviews and coordinating travel when required.
- Handle recruiting-related questions from internal and external candidates, including updates on application progress and hiring steps.
- Support the interview process and help keep recruitment activity organized.
- Prepare and share new-hire paperwork and related instructions so candidates can move forward with offer steps.
What we are looking for
- Knowledge of talent acquisition or prior work experience in a related area.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
- Experience establishing trust and working relationships with recruiters, candidates, and other partners during the recruitment cycle.
- Proven ability to work within deadlines and shifting priorities efficiently.
- Comfort spotting issues early and taking initiative to resolve them before they escalate.
- Experience handling scheduling, applicant tracking system updates, and recruitment records.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods during hiring and vendor events.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Successful completion of the interview process is required to meet the job qualifications.
- Dependable and punctual attendance is an essential part of the role.
Preferred background
- Experience using HR platforms such as Taleo, Workday, or Phenom.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $53,960 to $70,334 annually. Pay is determined by role-related factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position may also qualify for bonus payments and/or long-term incentive awards.
