Role Overview

This is a permanent full-time recruitment role based in Singapore, Raffles Place, reporting to the Recruitment Manager. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will help secure high-calibre talent for clients operating in niche industries. The role requires a consultative approach, strong market awareness, and the ability to contribute to client growth by delivering effective hiring solutions and building trusted partnerships.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop a client portfolio by reaching out to businesses, presenting recruitment services, and creating tailored hiring solutions based on their needs.
  • Build long-term client relationships by understanding hiring requirements and maintaining consistent communication.
  • Source mid- to senior-level candidates and develop expertise within your assigned recruitment market.
  • Establish and nurture candidate relationships by understanding career goals and matching people to suitable opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including interview scheduling, feedback coordination, and a smooth experience for both parties.
  • Lead offer discussions and negotiations to help close placements successfully.
