Role overview
Reed is hiring ambitious Recruitment Consultants for its Birmingham team, with openings in Office Support & Commercial as well as Property & Construction recruitment. This opportunity is suited to people who already have recruitment experience or come from a successful sales background and want to develop a long-term career with a major UK recruitment business.
Compensation and location
- Salary: £27,500 to £29,500 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission and additional incentives.
- Location: Birmingham.
- Working pattern: Hybrid. During training, the role requires 5 days a week in the office. After training, the pattern changes to 3–4 days in the office and 1–2 days working from home.

You would be joining one of Reed's strongest-performing teams, which has produced the company’s top new starter for three years running. The role offers the chance to work with clients and candidates across the West Midlands while building a successful desk and growing your earning potential.
Key responsibilities
The position covers the complete recruitment process, from winning new business and meeting clients to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing offers, and placing talent into roles. You will develop relationships with both clients and candidates and help expand your presence in the market.
