Role overview

WorkPac is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator for its Industrial Recruitment team in Townsville, Queensland. This position suits someone who enjoys helping people, stays organised, works with a clear results focus, and brings a strong service mindset and a positive, practical approach to problem-solving.

What the role involves

Key duties

  • Partner with Business Development Managers to help close open industrial roles.
  • Build, maintain, and engage with candidate networks and relationships.
  • Carry out pre-employment screening such as reference checks, interviews, and qualification verification.
  • Provide strong support and service to field employees while they are on placement.
  • Contribute to projects that create real impact and positive change in local communities.
