About the Role
We are looking for a well-organized Recruitment Coordinator to assist the Talent Acquisition team with interview planning, candidate communication, and hiring administration. In this role, you will help keep the recruitment workflow on track while supporting multiple projects and clients.
What You'll Do
- Arrange and manage interview schedules for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and clients.
- Share interview details, changes, and updates with candidates promptly and professionally.
- Check in with candidates for interview confirmations, attendance, and feedback.
- Maintain records of interview results, candidate progress, and no-show instances.
- Keep recruitment databases, trackers, and reporting tools updated and accurate.
- Prepare daily and weekly hiring reports.
- Support recruiters with the end-to-end hiring process and maintain required documentation.
- Help deliver a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Carry out recruitment coordination and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required. You should bring 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations, along with strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and time-management skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools is essential. The role also calls for the ability to juggle multiple interview calendars and priorities at the same time, plus professional communication in both English and Arabic.
Preferred Background
- Experience in recruitment, manpower supply, or contracting environments is an advantage.
- Exposure to recruitment and workforce mobilization processes for industrial and large-scale projects will be valued.
- Prior support for projects linked to Saudi Aramco, NEOM, YASREF, KEMYA, SABIC, Royal Commission, or similar organizations will be preferred.
