Bikerz is creating a global destination for motorcycle riders, with a focus on training, safety, and community. The company is designed in Saudi Arabia and is now moving into a rapid growth stage, which means it needs to assemble a high-quality team quickly and with care.
Role Overview
The Recruitment Manager will take full ownership of talent acquisition and help establish the founding team across multiple working models. This position calls for someone who can move quickly, stay organised, and maintain strong hiring quality while building from scratch.
Key Hiring Areas
- Core in-house hires for functions such as product, marketing, operations, and finance.
- Offshore talent, including developers, support staff, and specialist roles.
- Freelancers engaged for project-based or expert assignments.
- Part-time professionals hired for flexible, role-specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through screening, interviews, offers, and coordination of onboarding handoff.
- Design and hire for a mixed workforce model, deciding whether each role is best filled in-house, offshore, as freelance support, or on a part-time basis.
- Recruit for both technical and non-technical positions across several countries and time zones.
- Create a candidate pipeline and a hiring process that is simple, efficient, and scalable.
- Work with the CEO and functional leads to shape job scopes, seniority levels, and compensation structures.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and protect the employer brand throughout every interaction.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience recruiting for in-house, offshore, freelance, and part-time hiring models.
- Proven success in high-volume hiring within fast-moving environments, ideally startups or scale-ups.
- Ability to recruit across technology, operations, and marketing functions.
- Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn, online communities, freelance marketplaces, and referrals.
- Highly organised, quick to execute, and attentive to candidate experience.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Bonus: experience managing remote or globally distributed teams.
- Bonus: familiarity with GCC and international hiring markets.
- Bonus: exposure to product, edtech, marketplace, or community-focused businesses.

This is a contract-based remote opportunity located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
