Role overview
An established recruitment firm in Exeter is hiring an experienced Recruitment Manager to join its specialist commercial team. The role offers a base salary of £35,000 to £42,000, depending on experience, plus commission.

Benefits and working arrangement
- Base pay of £35,000 to £42,000, depending on experience.
- Commission of 15% to 25%.
- Annual bonus opportunity.
- Office closure over Christmas.
- 25 days of holiday, plus bank holidays, plus an additional week off for Christmas closure.
- Flexible hybrid setup with 3 days per week based on-site.
- Working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
