Role Overview

As the Regional Digital Project Manager, you will steer digital initiatives outlined in the regional roadmap. Your portfolio will span client experience enhancements, website and social media integration work, and retail-facing digital solutions, taking projects from early concept through build, launch, and post-launch follow-up.

You will be part of the Regional Commercial & Business Development function and collaborate closely with global and regional digital and technology teams, along with market commercial stakeholders. The goal is to select and deliver solutions that strengthen staff empowerment and keep the client experience at the centre of every decision.

Core Responsibilities

  • Shape and push forward the regional digital roadmap under leadership direction, ensuring it supports both the business group and maison objectives across the region.
  • Run digital programmes across several markets using the most suitable delivery approach, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid, while staying on track for scope, timing, and budget.
  • Convert shared business needs into practical, scalable digital solutions that create clear value.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in different markets to define requirements and roll out tools and solutions tailored to each market's needs.
  • Act as the main coordination point for feedback from cross-functional teams so project priorities stay aligned and execution remains smooth.
  • Anticipate and handle risks, interdependencies, and stakeholder updates proactively.
  • Spot opportunities from market developments and new technologies that can improve the client and employee journey or increase efficiency through digital tooling.
  • Own and oversee governance for digital products at both local and global levels.
  • Develop solutions by using existing group software and platforms in ways that meet strategic goals, user needs, and scalability requirements.
  • Lead pilot initiatives to test new or expandable ideas, measure business impact, and speed up innovation.
  • Maintain the backlog and gather troubleshooting items and improvement requests into a clear structure.
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure quality checks are completed and brand standards are respected.
  • Serve as a link between technical experts and business users so that information is clear and tools are easy to use.
  • Prepare user instructions and FAQs that help stakeholders work effectively with the tools and processes.
  • Promote digital excellence by supporting continuous learning and sharing knowledge across teams and markets.

Candidate Profile

  • You should hold a bachelor's degree in software development, web development, information technology, digital transformation, or a closely related field.
  • A master's degree or certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Agile are considered a strong plus.
  • Bring 5 to 7 years of experience in developing and managing digital solutions, preferably in luxury retail or premium beauty.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is expected.
  • You should understand web standards, accessibility requirements, and responsive design.
  • Experience with low-code or no-code tools such as PowerApps and Power Automate, or similar platforms, is important.
  • You must be comfortable managing complex projects across multiple markets and coordinating well across different functions.
  • Experience working in a matrix structure and handling ambiguity will help you succeed in this role.
  • A structured, practical, and solution-focused approach to project and stakeholder management is essential.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM platforms, website optimisation, social media integration, and retail digital solutions is required.
  • You should be proficient with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
  • Clear communication, strong interpersonal ability, and the capacity to manage risks, dependencies, and expectations are key to success.
