Role overview

Moët Hennessy is looking for a Regional Intelligence & Performance Intern based in Singapore. This role offers exposure to the luxury wines and spirits business and the chance to support market intelligence, performance analysis, and reporting across regional and global projects.

The internship is designed for a motivated and detail-focused undergraduate who wants to build practical experience in insights, research, and marketing while contributing to a fast-paced regional team.

This is a 6-month internship requiring a full-time commitment of five days per week.

What you will do

  • Track market movements, media mentions, and competitor actions to help inform business updates and strategic conversations.
  • Support intelligence work by gathering, structuring, and reviewing data on brands, categories, and market performance.
  • Maintain campaign tracking tools for regional and global initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns in consumer behaviour, competitor activity, and campaign results.
  • Assist with social listening by extracting data, reviewing findings, and preparing reports.
  • Help compile, analyze, and present talent-related data through regular reporting.
  • Work with teams across marketing, trade, and sales to ensure intelligence outputs support business priorities.
  • Build presentation materials and dashboards that are visually clear and insight-led for internal audiences.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for strategic projects and business reviews.
  • Update and manage the influencer management platform, including monitoring, reporting, and analyzing influencer performance.

Profile

Moët Hennessy is seeking an undergraduate with studies in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or Analytics, and a genuine interest in intelligence, insights, research, or marketing careers.

The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and able to manage time, tasks, and processes with care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important, along with a self-driven, meticulous, and team-oriented approach.

Strong Microsoft Office skills are expected, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with PowerBI, SQL, and BigQuery would be an advantage, though it is not mandatory.
