Overview
The company is looking for a commercially sharp and execution-focused Regional Sales Manager who can lead business performance across several locations. This role calls for someone who can grow revenue, strengthen margins, guide teams, and keep customer experience and brand standards consistently strong.

Role objective
The purpose of this position is to direct regional operations with a strong focus on sales growth, operational quality, profit improvement, service excellence, and team capability building in line with company goals.
Key responsibilities
- Increase sales across the region and consistently meet revenue goals.
- Create and implement commercial plans that support durable business expansion.
- Maintain operational standards and regulatory compliance across all branches.
- Improve customer experience and raise satisfaction levels.
- Protect profitability by managing labor, food, waste, and operating expenses.
- Lift workforce output and improve manpower planning.
- Strengthen digital sales streams and loyalty programs.
- Review sales, financial, and operational data to guide business decisions.
- Coach and develop Regional, Area, and Restaurant Managers.
- Track KPIs and put corrective actions in place when needed.
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR teams.
- Support company culture, core values, and organizational change efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in multi-branch operations, sales, or regional leadership.
- Solid background in QSR operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, KPIs, and overall operational performance.
- Strong people leadership and team development capability.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
