Job description
Role overview
This position focuses on improving the performance and growth of a retailer network across the region. The Regional Sales Manager will serve as a commercial partner to retail outlets, supporting stronger sales and aftersales outcomes, higher customer satisfaction, and a polished luxury client experience at every stage of the journey.
The person in this role will work hand in hand with retailer partners and internal teams to spot growth opportunities, put business plans into action, and strengthen the full client experience from first contact through to ownership.
What you'll do
- Track retailer sales and aftersales results, ensuring business targets and brand expectations are met.
- Partner with retailers on commercial planning by creating business plans, rolling out programmes and initiatives, sharing proven practices, and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty across all retailer interactions by developing and following up on action plans.
- Work with internal stakeholders to build a complete view of the sales funnel and introduce actions that improve marketing and sales effectiveness.
- Help increase ownership revenue at the point of sale while delivering a smooth and connected client journey.
- Make sure brand standards and the modern luxury experience are consistently upheld across the retailer network.
- Guide and coach retailers through regular reviews, consultations, and action planning.
- Take on additional business-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a commercial role within automotive or luxury retail.
- Good working knowledge of dealer or retailer operations and how regional dealer networks function.
- A commercially driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn insights into practical action.
- Demonstrated strength in building productive relationships with stakeholders.
- Self-driven, outcome-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong planning skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle several priorities and deadlines at once.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence influencing people at different levels.
