Role overview
YES BANK is seeking a proactive and target-driven Relationship Manager for its Medium Enterprises team in Noida. This role involves handling a client portfolio in the ₹100 Cr to ₹500 Cr turnover bracket, expanding the bank’s client base, keeping existing relationships healthy, and identifying opportunities to sell additional financial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Bring in new-to-bank customers from the medium enterprise segment, using market insights, professional references, and industry connections to spot opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular interaction, with a focus on retention and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze financial statements and prepare detailed credit notes for both new and existing accounts, while assessing risk and structuring proposals in line with credit policy.
- Coordinate with internal credit teams during proposal review and approval stages, and work closely with clients to understand their financing needs.
- Maintain portfolio discipline by tracking renewals, staying within limits, ensuring documentation is complete, and monitoring early warning indicators to support asset quality.
- Drive cross-selling across trade finance, treasury, cash management, insurance, and working capital products.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant should be a graduate or postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a similar discipline, with 3–4 years of experience in corporate, SME, or medium enterprise banking. Strong credit evaluation skills, familiarity with financial statements, excellent communication, and the ability to manage risk while generating business are important for success in this role.
