Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Assess client financial requirements and suggest suitable solutions such as business loans, current accounts, swipe machines, and QR code services.
• Serve as the main contact person for client queries related to financial products.
• Drive revenue by promoting and upselling relevant financial offerings to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Hold periodic client discussions to understand changing needs and review financial status.
• Collect essential documents accurately and keep track of the process through each stage.
• Coordinate with operations, support, and compliance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Stay informed about banking rules, market movements, and updates in financial products.

Eligibility and qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. A minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or relationship management is expected. The role also calls for a solid grasp of financial products, banking regulations, and compliance requirements, along with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Performance expectations

The company is looking for someone with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide high-quality customer service. The compensation budget for this position is ₹4.5–7 LPA, depending on experience and interview outcomes.
