TITLE: Relationship Manager (B2B Sales) - Fresher
DESCRIPTION:
About the role Zopper is hiring a Relationship Manager to support business growth in the retail management space. The role is centered on B2B selling, partner engagement, and on-ground relationship building to help drive adoption of Device Protection Plans.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with brand headquarters, retailers, service centres, and promoters.
- Serve as the main contact for queries, issue resolution, and ongoing coordination to support sales goals.
- Plan, create, and conduct training sessions for store owners, service teams, and promoters so they can explain product features and value clearly.
- Use WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to share updates, provide support, and improve stakeholder engagement.
- Work with promoters and store owners to improve product visibility and recall, and organize promotional activities and events to increase offline sales.
- Track sales activity, training completion, and stakeholder conversations, then share regular performance reports and market insights.
Candidate profile
The company is looking for someone who is energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving sales environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities are important for success in this role.
Location and eligibility
This opening is for candidates based in Bangalore only. The role is field-oriented and requires daily travel and active on-ground interaction.
Compensation and benefits
The annual salary is INR 6,00,000. Additional benefits include health insurance and life insurance.

Additional requirements
- An MBA or a degree in management or commerce is preferred.
- Strong command of English and the local or regional language is needed.
- Experience in B2B sales or stakeholder management is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Applicants should show initiative, ownership, and high energy.
- Comfort with fieldwork, daily travel, and in-person engagement is essential.
- Excellent people skills, communication ability, and relationship-building capability are required.
- The person should be able to work independently while staying aligned with business goals.
