IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for its First Wealth segment in retail banking. The role focuses on serving high net worth customers, understanding their financial goals, and offering tailored wealth solutions that support long-term growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and deepen relationships with high net worth clients through regular engagement and in-person or remote meetings.
- Assess customer financial objectives and risk appetite, then recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Promote and cross-sell wealth offerings such as mutual funds, insurance, and related investment products.
- Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about market developments and changes in investment products and services.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth and high-quality client experience.
- Follow all regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and operating procedures.
Experience and qualifications
The bank is looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in wealth management or relationship management within banking or financial services. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as NISM, AMFI, or IRDAI are considered an advantage.
