About the roleWindStream.in is looking for a Relationship Manager to help strengthen client partnerships and support long-term retention. This position suits someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, and can contribute to client satisfaction and growth in a fast-moving digital business environment.Key responsibilitiesBuild and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering dependable service.Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and resolve questions or concerns promptly and professionally.Work closely with internal teams to make sure client expectations are met and, where possible, surpassed.Create and support initiatives that improve client engagement and contribute to business growth.Touch base with clients regularly to collect feedback and enhance their overall experience.Monitor industry developments and competitor moves to share useful insights with clients.Spot opportunities to offer additional products or services that may benefit the client.Candidate profileWe are seeking a proactive, target-oriented professional who is interested in relationship building, client servicing, and driving positive outcomes for both customers and the business.Work scheduleThis role follows a 5-day work week.
