Policy Bazaar Partners (PBPartners) is the agency distribution arm of Policybazaar, India's leading digital insurance marketplace. PBPartners equips insurance advisors with technology, access to multiple insurers, training, and robust on-ground support.

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and motivated professionals for the role of Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager within our Agency Channel. This is a field-based, individual contributor position focused on onboarding agent partners and generating insurance business, specifically for Health Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and recruit agent partners within the designated territory.
  • Drive insurance business growth through the network of recruited agents.
  • Conduct regular field visits to engage with agents, provide training, and conduct joint sales calls.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Train agents on product knowledge and the effective use of the PBPartners portal and mobile application.
  • Ensure strict adherence to business Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.

Business Sustainability

  • Foster partner retention through continuous engagement and support.
  • Achieve targets for policy renewals and persistency.
  • Maintain portfolio health by promoting a balanced product mix.

Service Orientation

  • Assist agents with service-related requests, including endorsements, cancellations, and claims processing.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
  • Guarantee a seamless and positive experience for our agent partners.

Additional Information

Compensation and Benefits: Includes a fixed CTC component along with performance-based incentives. Local conveyance is provided and is eligible as per applicable business SOPs, which are target-linked, BU-specific, and subject to change. All compensation elements are governed by internal policies and SOPs and may be revised periodically.
