Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for remote client support coordinators to assist families nationwide. This position is designed for people who are eager to build a new skill set while working with a collaborative team. The role is fully remote and centered on helping individuals who have already reached out for information.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle warm inbound inquiries from families who have requested information.
  • Discuss available options with clients and guide them based on their needs.
  • Complete required paperwork using digital systems and online tools.
  • Participate in ongoing team training to keep developing your skills.

Training and Experience

Comprehensive onboarding is provided, covering conversations, tools, and products. Prior experience in the industry is not required.

  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with people.
  • Ability to solve problems in a calm and helpful way.
  • Self-driven, dependable, and well-organized.
  • Capable of working from a quiet home office with reliable internet access.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and responsibilities.

Additional Requirements
