Role Overview

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver a strong customer experience for both internal and external contacts.
  • Listen to customer needs and guide them toward suitable solutions and support.
  • Manage customer conversations through chat and email when needed.
  • Maintain a high standard of call quality while working toward effective issue resolution.
  • Take on other office support tasks as assigned.

Required Background

  • At least one year of office support experience in a customer service setting is preferred.
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential.
  • Comfort using office equipment and computer software, including MS Suite, is needed.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual ability is an added advantage.
  • A typing speed of 45 words per minute is preferred.
  • A professional look and polished demeanor are desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers pay of up to $22.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and an employee stock purchase plan. Overtime may be available as needed.
