Role Overview

The Remote Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for keeping customer service operations organized, tracking support activity, and helping deliver a smooth experience for customers. This position works across customer-facing workflows and supports efficient resolution of service matters.

What You'll Do

  • Organize and coordinate day-to-day customer support operations.
  • Track incoming service requests and follow their progress through to resolution.
  • Keep customer information and support records accurate and up to date.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to help resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Compile and share reports on service performance and support outcomes.
