About the Role
In this role, you will manage data entry and record upkeep for administrative workflows. The position involves entering, checking, updating, and organizing information while keeping records accurate and confidential.
Responsibilities
- Input new information and refresh existing records in spreadsheets and databases.
- Check data for mistakes, confirm details, and make corrections where needed.
- Keep digital documents and files well organized.
- Maintain a high level of data completeness and accuracy.
- Safeguard confidential information at all times.
- Work toward assigned deadlines and output targets.
- Keep records and supporting documentation orderly and up to date.
- Assist with general administrative and data management work.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is preferred.
- Experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Comfort using computers for routine work.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools.
- Fast and accurate typing ability.
- Strong focus on detail.
- Capability to work with little direct supervision.
- Good planning, organization, and time-management abilities.
