Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated remote Recruiter to join our high-visibility team. This role is crucial for supporting recruitment initiatives for one of the world's largest employers. You will partner with major brand accounts to attract top-tier culinary talent and senior foodservice operations leaders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality or foodservice recruitment, a dedication to service excellence, and innovative strategies for identifying and engaging hard-to-find candidates. Success hinges on exceptional relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication with business leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with major brand accounts to identify and attract top culinary and foodservice operations talent.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies for sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and business leaders.
  • Assess high-level talent and provide recommendations to internal business clients.
  • Understand business strategies and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field preferred; or 5 years of direct recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or foodservice recruitment is highly desired.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing social media and other tools to attract top talent.
  • Proven ability to assess high-level talent and make informed recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of business strategies and the ability to integrate recruitment strategies.
  • Experience recruiting foodservice professionals is a plus.
  • Exceptional candidate management abilities.
  • Proactive business acumen adaptable to changing sales cycles.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in gathering and presenting target market analytics.
  • Must possess a self-sufficient work ethic, be entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
  • An enthusiastic, energetic, persuasive, competitive, and outgoing personality is beneficial.

Eligibility

This role is open to candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or 5 years of equivalent experience. Prior experience in hospitality or foodservice recruitment is strongly preferred. Candidates must be self-sufficient, entrepreneurial, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information
