Job purpose

The Reseller Coordinator will be accountable for expanding and sustaining Jibu’s distribution ecosystem by sourcing, onboarding, and supporting a strong group of high-performing resellers. The role combines partnership management, operational control, and brand representation to ensure each retail partner delivers the company’s standards of quality and service. It also covers network growth planning, reseller performance tracking, area-specific marketing support, and practical field training that helps local entrepreneurs grow while reinforcing Jibu’s market position in the region.

Reporting and working style

This position operates with a high degree of independence and reports directly to the Direct Sales Lead.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute localized sales and marketing activity within reseller territories while monitoring core performance indicators and return on investment to support measurable growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the franchise and reseller network, ensuring they have the tools, guidance, and training needed to perform effectively at territory level.
  • Work with agency partners on above-the-line campaigns, including creative artwork production and media purchases such as radio and television.
  • Lead direct field sales efforts focused on resellers and retail outlets to deepen market reach.
  • Share live updates from community activations, market storms, and company events across social media channels.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through marketing efforts so that Jibuco and its franchise network can reach growth targets.
  • Report outcomes of sales and marketing initiatives, customer insights, and expansion opportunities to the manager.
  • Educate customers and communities about Jibu water and the company’s products.
  • Ensure local campaigns stay aligned with the broader global strategy and make use of proven international best practices.
  • Create and document partner-focused campaigns and content collaboration ideas.
  • Recommend and support initiatives that advance the company’s corporate social responsibility and sustainability goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong ability in writing, storytelling, and content development, including blogs, press releases, and opinion pieces.
  • Ownership of a basic smartphone with WhatsApp and Google Maps installed.
  • A strong sense of accountability and pride in delivering work that contributes to business success.
  • Sharp critical thinking, strong problem-solving ability, solid teamwork, and good time management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to keep learning.
  • A resilient mindset and the determination to persist through challenges.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of English and additional local languages.
