Resource Coordinator

About the Role

Broadview Solutions is seeking a high-energy, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our team as a Resource Coordinator. This fast-paced role involves significant phone communication with a diverse field workforce and the rewarding challenge of dispatching field technicians. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy coordinating service delivery, this position offers full ownership of services within an assigned geographic region. You will collaborate with internal teams and field staff to prioritize tasks, ensure optimal outcomes, and manage resource schedules to meet and exceed customer commitments.

Position Responsibilities

• Schedule field resources to align with customer commitments as part of the core Field Operations team.
• Take full ownership of successful service delivery within your assigned geography.
• Provide internal teams with status updates on ongoing activities and escalate any at-risk tasks.
• Communicate regularly with field technicians, logically assigning resources to cover all scheduled field activities.
• Balance workloads across multiple resources to optimize labor utilization and ensure customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments are exceeded.
