About the role

Henley Executive is looking for a Resourcer to become part of a busy, expanding team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in the company’s office in Henley-in-Arden.

The ideal candidate will bring a positive, hands-on approach, a willingness to learn, and comfort in communicating with candidates by phone, email, and social media.

What you will do

  • Reach out to potential candidates by phone and email to assess suitability
  • Keep candidate and client records up to date in the database
  • Prepare and format candidate CVs
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
  • Send interview and job offer confirmation communications
  • Assist the team with sourcing candidates and CVs
  • Maintain regular contact with candidates and guide them through the recruitment process

Skills and experience needed

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data updates
  • Clear and confident communication over phone and email
  • Open to learning new technology, systems, and working methods

Training and background

Applicants from resourcing, recruitment, or office administration backgrounds are welcome. Previous experience in the same role is helpful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Salary

The offered salary is between £26,000 and £28,000 per year, depending on experience.
