Role overview
The business is seeking a welcoming, high-energy, and motivating Restaurant Manager to join the Food & Beverage team. This position suits someone who enjoys shaping standout dining experiences, guiding a strong service team, and delivering hospitality with personality and high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations and ensure service runs efficiently and consistently.
- Deliver memorable guest experiences through strong hospitality and service standards.
- Coach, support, and develop team members so they can perform at their best.
- Foster a team environment that is upbeat, collaborative, and productive.
- Handle staffing plans, rota scheduling, and performance management to keep operations on track.
- Track guest feedback and act on opportunities to improve the experience.
- Partner with the Culinary team and other departments to maintain smooth coordination.
- Contribute to financial performance through cost management and revenue-focused actions.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and brand requirements at all times.
Candidate profile
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a comparable leadership position in luxury hospitality or a high-volume setting.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
- Strong guest service orientation and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication plus strong people skills.
- Solid practical knowledge of food and beverage service operations.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- A proactive, upbeat, and hands-on leadership style.
