Role Overview
Grill’d is entering a major growth phase, with plans for more restaurant openings, expansion into additional Australian locations, and a larger Drive Thru presence. Alongside a refreshed menu and a strong emphasis on leadership development, the business is positioning this year as an important step forward in its evolution.
With more than 21 years in operation and 175+ restaurants already established, Grill’d offers a fast-moving environment for ambitious managers who want to grow quickly, take on more responsibility, and help shape the next stage of fast-casual dining. This role is suited to someone who enjoys leading people, creating a positive workplace, and making a meaningful difference for teams, guests, and the wider community.
What You’ll Do
- Guide and motivate a team of 20 to 50 team members, driving engagement and strong results.
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance, with support from the Area Manager.
- Support team development through regular check-ins, performance discussions, and individual growth plans.
- Take ownership of financial performance by managing budgets, profit and loss, and key operating metrics.
- Lead community involvement by delivering the Local Matters program and supporting local groups.
