This opportunity is with a family-run Relais & Châteaux hotel on the west coast of Vancouver Island in Tofino, British Columbia. Since opening in 1996, the property has been known for exceptional guest experiences and high standards of hospitality.

Role Overview

The restaurant team is seeking a supervisor who can support day-to-day operations, lead by example, and uphold the standards expected at a highly recognized luxury hospitality property. This role is primarily scheduled on morning shifts and requires energy, enthusiasm, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver efficient, personalized guest service that consistently meets or exceeds luxury hospitality standards.
  • Work in a busy, detail-focused environment while maintaining composure and quality.
  • Provide hands-on leadership across food and beverage outlets, setting the tone for the team.
  • Support training and ongoing development for team members.
  • Help maintain product knowledge across the team so service stays informed and accurate.
  • Assist with daily financial goals by supporting control of spending and revenue performance.
  • Contribute to operational administration, including payroll support, menu changes, menu printing, and related restaurant tasks.
  • Assist with Silverware POS setup and programming as needed.
