Role overview
This part-time retail role is based onsite in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. The shift pattern provided is Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

What the role involves
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and help create a positive shopping experience.
- Be visible on the shop floor, offer personalised assistance, and respond quickly to customer questions or concerns.
- Keep shelves stocked by replenishing products regularly, with particular attention to essential items and fresh food.
- Maintain product quality through correct rotation and strong presentation standards.
- Work closely with the team to support daily store activity, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Follow safety procedures, identify and report hazards, and carry out work in line with company and legal requirements.
