Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a retail professional to become part of a lively Mount Maunganui team. This part-time position suits someone who enjoys helping customers, driving sales, and maintaining a high standard of service on the shop floor.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support day-to-day retail sales activity and assist customers with their purchases.
- Deliver friendly, attentive service that reflects a strong customer-first approach.
- Help maintain smooth store operations during scheduled shifts.
- Step in to cover additional weekday hours when needed.
Experience and Availability
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required. The roster is 29 hours per week, with shifts on Sunday and Monday from 8:30am to 6pm, plus coverage across Tuesday and Wednesday to fill roster gaps. Availability for public holidays is also necessary when required. Extra hours may be offered during the university holiday period.
