Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Retail Sales Associate will serve customers directly, help identify their needs, and suggest suitable products from TLT’s range of collectibles, toys, and pop-culture merchandise. The role also includes keeping displays attractive, replenishing stock, processing cash and point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining a neat, well-organized, and visually appealing store environment. In addition, the associate will build product knowledge, support store events and activations, and contribute toward daily and monthly sales goals. Working closely with the store team, the person in this role will help create a friendly, inclusive, and engaging shopping experience for every visitor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome shoppers warmly and assist them in finding products that match their interests and needs.
• Recommend items from the store’s collectibles and pop-culture assortment, including opportunities for add-on and upselling.
• Keep merchandise displays tidy, appealing, and aligned with store presentation standards.
• Replenish shelves and ensure products remain available and well-arranged.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
• Develop strong product knowledge and share information confidently with customers.
• Support in-store events, brand activations, and related customer experiences.
• Work with the team to help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and energetic atmosphere in the store.

Requirements

• Proven ability in retail or sales, with the confidence to contribute to target achievement.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Interest in collectibles, anime, designer toys, and pop-culture merchandise, along with a readiness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work from Dubai on-site, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays when needed.
• Prior exposure to retail or other customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling is an added advantage.
• Reliable, collaborative, and able to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Completed high school or an equivalent qualification; further retail, sales, or customer-experience training is beneficial.

Additional Information
