About the Role
PUMA is seeking a retail sales associate to join its store team in Germany on a part-time, on-site basis. The role reflects PUMA’s core mindset of being driven, vibrant, together, and authentic. The position is designed for flexible part-time support of around 30 hours per week.
Mission
- Deliver outstanding in-store customer service in line with PUMA’s values and established service standards.
- Help the store meet or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability targets through strong customer support and selling performance.
- Process checkout transactions quickly, accurately, safely, and competently at the register.
- Keep the store clean and well organized while following all visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
- Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise tasks and ensure smooth stock movement.
- Identify ways to improve merchandise flow and share those ideas with the team.
- Work in a flexible part-time schedule of approximately 30 hours per week.
Profile
- Initial experience in sales, ideally in a fast-moving retail environment.
- Strong enthusiasm for the PUMA brand.
- Customer-focused, dependable, and approachable personality.
- Strong team orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Basic computer literacy, including working knowledge of MS Office tools.
