Retail Sales Manager

Role Overview

Anhar Al-Jazeera is seeking a seasoned Retail Sales Manager to oversee retail store operations across Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on lifting sales performance, strengthening store teams, and making sure all outlets consistently meet the company’s standards for operations and customer care.

What You’ll Do

• Create and implement sales plans that support monthly and yearly revenue goals.
• Track performance across all stores and put corrective measures in place when targets are missed.
• Review sales reports, KPIs, and market movements to improve overall business results.
• Make sure every store follows company policies and operational guidelines.
• Oversee visual merchandising, store layout, cleanliness, and product availability.
• Confirm compliance with company processes, licenses, and other operational obligations.
• Guide, coach, and develop Store Managers to raise team output and effectiveness.
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, schedules, and individual performance.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and future succession planning for store teams.
• Maintain high customer service standards across all outlets.
• Review customer feedback and introduce improvements that enhance satisfaction.
• Handle escalated customer issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• Keep inventory records accurate and track stock movement across locations.
• Ensure cash management, stock control, and loss-prevention procedures are followed.
• Work with Operations and Supply Chain teams to keep products available in stores.
• Prepare regular sales and performance updates for senior leadership.
• Spot business opportunities and suggest actions that improve sales and profitability.
• Keep an eye on competitors and market trends to support business growth.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in fashion retail.
• A minimum of 5 years managing multiple retail locations.
• Strong experience in apparel and fashion retail is essential.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and leading strong-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid analytical capability and good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Must be willing to travel regularly between stores across Saudi Arabia.
