Retail Supervisor

Role overview

The Retail Supervisor will keep the resort’s retail spaces running efficiently and help create a pleasant, high-quality shopping experience for guests. This role focuses on guest assistance, product presentation, stock availability, and day-to-day store coordination within a wellness resort environment.

What you will do

• Support guest questions and daily store needs alongside the Retail Host.
• Oversee routine retail operations while ensuring service standards, cleanliness, and merchandise presentation are consistently maintained.
• Monitor stock levels, carry out inventory checks, and help keep shelves replenished.
• Guide and train team members when required.
• Prepare recurring reports covering sales, VAT, refunds, and inventory matters.
• Escalate damaged or faulty merchandise to the Finance team.
• Make sure opening and closing routines are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Work with the Health & Wellness team on new products and retail growth opportunities.
• Provide warm, professional service to all guests.
• Recommend products, alternatives, and suitable options when an item is unavailable.
• Record guest requests and feedback, and suggest new products that could improve the retail range.

What we are looking for

• Prior experience in retail is required.
• A Diploma or a BSc/BA in Business Administration, or a similar qualification, is preferred.
• Working knowledge of stock control, visual merchandising, product distribution, cosmetics, and VAT refund processes.
• Strong communication, guest service, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in supervising, coaching, negotiating, and upselling.
• Comfort using computers and good command of English.
• A detail-focused, proactive, and results-oriented approach with a strong respect for safety and service standards.

Additional information

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role is intended for local talent only. The vacancy is focused on maintaining smooth retail operations inside a resort setting and supporting guest satisfaction through strong service and stock management.

Note

Applicants should be able to handle operational reporting, inventory oversight, guest interaction, and coordination with internal teams as part of the role’s regular duties.
