Overview
This role is for a room attendant at a lodge property in Muncho Lake, British Columbia. The position is based on-site at a remote hospitality location, and all work must be performed in person.
Language Requirement
English is required for this position.
Education Requirement
No degree, certificate, or diploma is needed.
Experience
Applicants should have between 1 and less than 7 months of related experience.
Work Setting

Responsibilities
The room attendant will help keep guest rooms and shared areas clean, orderly, and well supplied.
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
- Remove dust from furniture and other surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, drapes, and upholstered furnishings.
- Prepare beds and replace used linens with fresh sheets.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies.
- Maintain the linen storage area.
- Disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Report and manage lost-and-found items.
- Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or items.
- Share basic information about property facilities.
- Collect debris and empty waste bins.
- Clean windows, walls, ceilings, changing rooms, and showers.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
