Overview
Only About Children is seeking a Room Leader for its McDowall campus on a 12-month maternity leave contract, with a strong possibility of continuation beyond the initial term. This role offers the chance to step into a leadership position within a friendly, tightly connected campus community.
Campus Environment
The McDowall campus is a welcoming early learning setting located opposite McDowall State School and is easy to reach by bus. It features outdoor play spaces designed for different age groups and is backed by a supportive leadership team. Role Summary
In this position, you will lead your room with confidence, imagination, and care, while supporting children through a play-based learning approach aligned with the EYLF. You will also mentor and support other educators and help create an engaging environment where children can grow and thrive.
