About the Role
This position is focused on keeping worksites and day-to-day operations aligned with safety standards. The role involves monitoring compliance across project locations, identifying risks early, and helping create a safer working environment for everyone on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update safety rules, protocols, and procedures for site operations.
- Carry out routine safety checks, audits, and现场 inspections to verify compliance.
- Plan and deliver safety awareness and training sessions for employees and site teams.
- Review accidents, incidents, and near-miss events to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Keep safety records, reports, and other compliance-related documentation accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- A Degree or Diploma in Safety Management is required.
- NEBOSH certification or an equivalent safety qualification is expected.
- Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of relevant safety experience.
