Job description
Role Overview
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys talking with people and wants that strength to translate into clear results. You will mainly handle calls from customers who have already begun a quote, helping them make informed choices in a supportive but target-driven environment.
Using set scripts and guided call pathways, you’ll explain pricing in straightforward language, answer questions, and help customers feel confident about their cover options. Some conversations will be simple, while others will require patience, persistence, and the ability to work through objections. The role can be fast-moving and demanding, so it suits someone who likes purposeful conversations and finds motivation in seeing effort turn into performance.
You will also receive paid training and ongoing coaching to build your sales ability over time, with incentives linked to how well you perform.
