What you will do

• Deliver attentive, high-quality service to customers while presenting premium products in store.
• Work closely with the team to help achieve sales goals and key performance targets.
• Handle high volumes of stock accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare click-and-dispatch orders by picking and packing items.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning duties.
• Maintain a consistently positive, can-do approach when serving customers.

What we are looking for

• Retail experience is an advantage, though it is not essential.
• A strong commitment to excellent customer care and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Genuine interest in sneaker culture and streetwear.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, energetic team environment.
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Open to feedback and able to apply it constructively.
