About the role
Join a global footwear brand known for comfort-led, trend-aware designs and a strong focus on delivering a great walking experience. This opportunity is based in Tauranga and suits someone who enjoys retail, teamwork, and providing a polished in-store experience.
What you will do
- Deliver attentive, high-quality service to customers while presenting premium products in store.
- Work closely with the team to help achieve sales goals and key performance targets.
- Handle high volumes of stock accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare click-and-dispatch orders by picking and packing items.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning duties.
- Maintain a consistently positive, can-do approach when serving customers.
What we are looking for
- Retail experience is an advantage, though it is not essential.
- A strong commitment to excellent customer care and creating a memorable shopping experience.
- Genuine interest in sneaker culture and streetwear.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, energetic team environment.
- Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Open to feedback and able to apply it constructively.
