Its core services span residential, rural and lifestyle, and commercial property, along with residential property management services available at more than 70 branches. This role offers the chance to join a respected organisation with a strong history of growth, service, and industry leadership.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Auckland for a commission-based Sales Associate. • Build lasting relationships with clients and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
  • Promote and market property listings through appropriate sales and digital channels.
  • Arrange, manage, and attend property viewings and open homes.
  • Support negotiations and help progress transactions toward a successful outcome.
  • Keep track of current market conditions and property trends to inform client conversations.
  • Deliver responsive, professional service tailored to client requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Interest in or understanding of the real estate sector, with a willingness to learn property sales and marketing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a wider team.
  • Self-driven mindset with strong discipline and a results-focused approach.
  • Good organisation, planning, and time management skills.
  • Comfort using digital platforms and tools for marketing and sales activities.
  • A current real estate licence, or a willingness to obtain one.
  • Previous experience in the Auckland property market is an advantage.
