Role overview
As a Sales Associate in a Dubai boutique, you will help shape a refined, personalised client experience while supporting the store in meeting its commercial goals. The position reports to the Boutique Manager and is focused on delivering service with elegance, building lasting client relationships, and representing the Maison with authenticity.

Key responsibilities
- Create and nurture long-term client relationships through tailored clienteling activities.
- Support boutique sales results and contribute to the completion of individual action plans.
- Present the Maison’s history, values, and creations in an engaging and sincere way.
- Assist clients with after-sales support such as repairs, collection pick-ups, and bespoke services.
- Work hand in hand with the boutique team to ensure a smooth, premium in-store experience.
- Take part in boutique events and Maison activations when needed.
