Role Overview
As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will help shape the in-store experience and take ownership of your performance in a fast-paced retail setting. The position calls for someone who enjoys technology, customer interaction, and working collaboratively with store teammates and leaders.
Key Duties

Compensation and Benefits
Victra reports that Sales Consultants can earn an average annual total of $40,000 to $64,000 through a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. The company also provides paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate for the first 60 days of employment.

Benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents or insurance policies.
Paid time off accrues each pay period at a minimum rate of 40 hours per year during the first year and 80 hours per year after that. In some states, sick leave may also accrue and roll over as required by law, and any legally required sick time will count toward annual PTO accrual.
Training and Hiring Process
All Sales Consultants must complete a four-day New Hire University training program within 30 days of the official start date. This training may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training is also required during employment. After applying, candidates must complete a pre-hire assessment that takes 20 minutes or less. If selected, a recruiter or hiring manager will contact the candidate with next steps and role details.

This role is based in a retail store in Jackson, Georgia. The position is full-time and onsite, with work that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and peak vacation periods.
Physical Requirements
Candidates should be able to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods.
